HC IR 1.6 is a Class 3B laser device andgrants to the operator less risks than theclassic high power laser devices whichare included into the Class 4. Class 3 B laser devices could have collateral effectsonly if the laser beam is close to the eyes;if the probe is not close, there are no spe-cial risks for all the people who are intothe same physiotherapy.
Available laser sources
The operator could select for his HC IR 1.6 laser device between two different availa-ble laser probes, which are both included into the LLLT (Low Level Laser Therapy) ran-ge of products. 808 nm, 500 mW max.
Both the laser sources are included into the best and deepest wavelength for gettingin touch with the deepest tissues; while the 25 mW, pulsed at 200 ns probe is not ab-solutely capable to make warm, the 500 mW probe is also capable to provoke warmand it is more effective for treating chronic pathologies.
High energy density
Even if it is a Class 3B laser device, HC IR 1.6, thanks to its technological solutions, is capable to generate high energy density and up to 1450 J/cm while 30 minutes ap-plication time has been set
